PTM 01/2007

What a tired & hectic week.....a long journey to the training centre and with an overdose activities..... nothing much to proud of...even the temperature is much higher than putrajaya.... make me wondering if i can finish the course or being warded into the hospital....

The asthma attack again while doing the "kembara", luckly i managed to control without any help from any inhaler...It happened twice this year with a mild attack...first while transited in Heathrow, London and while sightseeing in Paris.

Overall the outcome of this course add some more friends, allience and networking...so if anyone of the names below have any blog/website/tagged/myspace/friendster or etc. please inform me back for any changes to the links...thanks:

On Wednesday night, we sang a good song from shades....some changes to the lyrics here and there and thanks to our unofficial vocal gurus .....it makes a wonderderful memories for a group of 42 officer...to remember.
