This afternoon i skip my lunch...with some of the co-worker we attend ACM2005 at d'Mines...The banner is so promising...related to multimedia technology....It so long that i did'nt go to any IT expo...but this time the event is not so happening....more to sales...no new technology...I wish someday, i could go to event like SIGGRAPH. emm... sound it will never happen but who knows...
if Allah permits....tiada mustahil.

My Finding Nemo Version

My W.I.P of this model is long due to finish, because i'm very busy with my official job in the office. If i'm not mistaken, the idea come, after watching "Finding Nemo" film in IOI Mall, Puchong. It took 4 hours late at night to finish until this stage...with some reference images from this film in taken from the internet and newspaper.

When I have some time, I will finish the texture for the shell and skins. For now still studying the eye texture. You won't believe if i say, I'll be using open source for this project : Wings3D (modeler) + Yafray (Renderer) + GIMP (texturing). The Project name "Penyu kite"

If i have some more time...i will do rigging/animation using Lightwave, because i have done animation using this software. But why Lightwave?...why not blender?... for your info the learning curve to study blender very hard..furthermore it easy compare to other application ....for this old man to do it.

When it started

I still remember, when I'am in secondary school, my art teacher used a potato to make a stamping art. We learn to design...put some color to the potato surface an stamp it to the drawing papers. WOW... a masterpiece being born out.

At that time we used to question about what is our ambition when we grow up... I choose Architect as my choices( I love to draw at that time)...but in real life now..my profession in Information Technology area...but my desire in drawing is like flame burning inside my body...waiting to burst.

If I have more free time, I will be using my computer to fulfill my dream to be an artist. This blog is where I put anyhing related to arts..my beloved subject weather purposesly or unconciously from my mind that being borrowed by Allah SWT.
